This portal is maintained by PetroChina International Iraq FZE Iraq Branch and it is intended to allow sharing of information between PetroChina and the supplier’s community interested to do business in Iraq.
Please note the following:
- Registration is FREE OF CHARGE and open to ALL suppliers interested to work in West Qurna I (WQI). PetroChina as Lead Contractor (LC) of WQI does not charge any fee and does not allow any company or individual to act as intermediary in the registration process
- Completion of registration does not necessarily qualify suppliers to participate on future tenders. Selection of suppliers will be based on rigorous pre-defined criteria including, but not limited to, demonstrated technical capability, financial health, acceptable safety standards and previous experience in Iraq
- Completion of registration shall not be considered as technical qualification. PetroChina may conduct pre-qualification prior to inviting any supplier to participate on tenders
